    Does anyone know where we can find a proficiency test for C++. Our HR people are requiring it before we can hire someone. Don't have a choice about this. Tom

      Talk them out of it or give them a joke one. These sorts of tests are meaningless. Better to ask them about the last project they were on, why they chose to do it a particular way and what tools did they choose, etc. You know what I mean. Much more effective. Point HR here: Interviewing[^]/
