I don't know there is although once you have installed it the help guide has alot of information to get you started.
Keep your eyes open, you might spot alternatives.

I only know of one book on the subject so far, Programming Microsoft Composite UI Application Block and Smart Client Software Factory by David Platt. I found the help and guidance installed by the Smart Client factory to be a good enough help, but the book does explain things a little clearer.
