hey boy u can use the cycle when u have a motorcycle ans is no simply .net 1.1 framework can be convert into 2.0 but not 2.0 convert into 1.1 ok old version cannot support the new version byeeee hope u understand but u can change or run with help of window xp and window vista because it already has a framework 2.0 ok lucky
