HIii!! I have been assigned a source code to edit and make certain changes . But whenever I write anything , say even response.write("hello"); , on building i get build error . What might be the possible reason for the same

hi!1 suppose if the the aspx page which i edit is -> abc.aspx , i change the text associated with labe1 in axpx.cs page as label1.text="hello123" I get an error that aspx page is not found or something like that . It seems I am not able to edit the source code at all. .
