HI All when i send email to an external email address :- The message could not be sent because one of the recipients was rejected by the server. The rejected e-mail address was K@yahoo.com. Subject 'takecare', Account: 'mail.red-circle.com', Server: 'serveraddress', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.7.1 Unable to relay for k@yahoo.com', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79 How could i solve this problem? Thank you

By any chance are you BELLSOUTH or AT&T customer ,as its known issue with their server and with few of other ISPs ...... Some time its latency issue and some time messages can't be delevered at all. So if u AT&T customer, i have nothing to suggest.:rolleyes: But if you are not then just try to send the message without using outlook express and i m sure it should work..... in case if you recieve any error message plz do let me know i m sure i will take care of that......... you can also try following : Open Outlook Express, and click Tools Then click on Accounts Then click on your connection and click Properties Then click Advanced On this screen remove the checks from the boxes This server requires a secure connection for both Outgoing mail (SMTP) and Incoming mail (POP3). best of luck .....:rose:
