I am not sure what you are meaning. Do you want to change your IP address or do you want to browse to a site by specifying an IP address?

I am not sure what you are meaning. Do you want to change your IP address or do you want to browse to a site by specifying an IP address?

Instead typing domain, type ip address ex: http://89.89.89.89/MyVirtualDirectory If you are behind Router (Witch i assume, because your are asking your Internet IP) You would have to set Forwarding rules or Virtual Server, that depends on router. If you have dynamic ip, search for DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Server)
