Why protest? Just kill a few million cats and dogs and mice and guinea-pigs and maybe you'll find a drug that alleviates the symptons... then you just start all over again to find something to alleviate those symptons... that's the way it's done - what's your problem?

Well why don't you organize one? Oh wait... sorry I forgot, you don't actually do anything. Man you really hate poor people don't you.  This is all you can figure out to do with your time? What a loser.

Really - have you ever tried a nice red wine marinade - they are really good then!

More than 90,000 Americans get potentially deadly infections each year from
a drug-resistant staph "superbug," the government reported Tuesday in its first
overall estimate of invasive disease caused by the germ.
                  ...
There were 988 reported deaths among infected people in the study, for a rate of
6.3 per 100,000. That would translate to 18,650 deaths annually, although the
researchers don't know if MRSA was the cause in all cases.

If these deaths all were related to staph infections, the total would exceed
other better-known causes of death including AIDS — which killed an estimated
17,011 Americans in 2005 — said Dr. Elizabeth Bancroft of the Los Angeles County
                  Health Department, the editorial author.

In 1987[^], half a million people marched on Washington demanding more government funding for AIDS (an entirely preventable disease). Perhaps if staph spreads a bit further among "poor urban neighborhoods", then there will be a march on Washington for that too.

Have you considered guerrilla aluminum-foil hat techniques? Our Omaha chapter has been experimenting with this. Basically, we tackle unsuspecting people on the street, throw them in a van, tie them up and place aluminum foil hats on their heads until the beams are reduced and they can think "clearly". For some reason it hasn't quite worked yet and we don't know why. I can only imagine that "they" have developed some sort of thought-caching mechanism that eliminates the need for constant direct beam connections.

Maybe the foil creates a resonating device, amplifying trapped and reflected propaganda?

And while we're on it, what's this fixation with Kyle's mom? Aren't you a little hypocritical when you get so incensed when someone mentions the bit of fluff on your arm?

I never understood why AIDS got so much money and talk. According to the CDC top causes of deaths in the US are: Heart disease: 652,486 Cancer: 553,888 Stroke (cerebrovascular diseases): 150,074 Chronic lower respiratory diseases: 121,987 Accidents (unintentional injuries): 112,012 Diabetes: 73,138 Alzheimer's disease: 65,965 Influenza/Pneumonia: 59,664 Nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis: 42,480 Septicemia: 33,373 Twice as many people die from fricking septicemia as they do AIDS (an easily preventable disease). Yet AIDS research gets $21 Billion from the federal government. I can't even find data on septicemia research and the NCI isn't even asking for $6 billion. The CDC esimates that almost 500,000 people in the US have AIDS, that is less than the yearly death toll for cancer. That means if everyone in the US with AIDS died right now, there would still be more deaths from cancer.
