        It is used to set the text direction on the form value :ltr or rtl :)

          Defines the directionality of text without a pre-defined direction...its an optional tag

                Can I just ask - what is your reason for asking so many inane questions, without ever showning any sign of understanding the answers you get, or of having any ability to use google, buy a book, or in any other way better yourself ? It doesn't seem likely to me that you are working on an actual project, my best guess is that you're somehow in contact with programmers, and every time you hear a piece of terminology, you post here about it, to see what we say.

                  Its the mime type used to encode the content of the form...i think generally its text/html..try google..
