    Hi, I see in many website a curved outline to a specific area, I need to know whether it is a curved Table border or it is an image.

      Usually, it's an image. All you have to do to find out is right-click on that corner. If the menu comes up with a "Save picture as..." option, it's an image.

          No. You have to put pretty graphics around it to give the illusion of a curved table edge.
