Rama I recommend the Colin-method-for-CP-deaddiction. I am not sure of the details, but it involves surf-boarding and kite-flying and stuff like that. It is said to be effective for as good as a week. Nish

I follow a 12-step program to control my addiction to CP, Rama. One 6-pack, followed by a second. If that doesn't do it, I start another round until I can no longer strike the keyboard, let alone the keys I intended. Quite reliable, and cheaper than heroin. I Drowned Schroedinger's Stupid Cat!

One of the easiest ways to kick an addiction is to substitute something else for it. So, switch to heroin. Then, switch to methadone. All better! :P Seriously, Rama, don't worry so much about it! If it keeps you from getting work done, then just promise yourself a couple hours a day (or 5 min/hour if you think you can stick to it). Nothing wrong with a bit of R&R... :-D --------_**

The real problem is that you don't have to be religious to be a religious fanatic, you just have to be a fanatic.
