Toolbar in dialog caption.

Hi, Is there any way to add a toolbar in dialog caption ? In dialog caption, in addition to "Help" and "Close", I want to have one more button. So, I am planing to put a toolbar (including new button along with "Help" and "Close" button) itself in the caption bar. Could you please guide me in this requirement ? Any help would be highly appreciated. Regards, Paresh.

Why? Don't you want to be stuck with MS UI guidelines? :-D IMHO you have to do a lot of work yourself. A starting point maybe
