Hi every one how can i create one cpl file? is there any compiler that crate cpl file? please help me

You can create a dll file that can be registred usign regsvr32 command. Finally change the extension from .dll to .cpl register it and you will see this in control panel. :) ritz1234

Apllets have a different entry point.
