I did a search on "word context menu". The #2 result is titled, "Context Menu with TextBox Filter" with a URL of http://www.codeproject.com/script/Forums/View.aspx?fid=1649&msg=2216422 and posted by doubleas2380. Clicking on the link yields a page not even remotely related to the search results.
