Hello, I am looking for a reference book that covers T-SQL for MS-SQL 2005. I have found several that cover SQL Server, but almost nothing about stored procedures. I want a book that covers advanced programming along with some of the performance topics, and advance query and calculations. Thanks,

    Leo T. Smith
