Life on mars

why they have to hide? it will be a prestige of every nation to find the life on mars at first
Thomas
Oh, they HAVE to hide it. They have to hide EVERYTHING. There is not a single thing any government anywhere has ever been honest about, EVER, even if it means beating and humiliating their worst enemy. Because although they may not be able to agree on anything else, even resorting to trying to kill each other, they suddenly work together like best friends to cover up the *truth*.

Seems like you are not happy with “governments”. :) They their own reasons for that. National security, avoid bad effect on economy

Weathering of some sort. I don't think they sampled the rock so they didn't comment on that. The scale of the image is deceiving. The rock itself is very small - something like 15 cm high, I think. Maybe you can read more on the Mars rover mission website Mars rover mission website[^]. I can't find the link to the original press release.
This is the first statue of human made by universe ;P

If you think the visuals are bad, you should read the articles.
:wtf: I shouldn't have to put so much effort into trying to find out what the fuck they're trying to say! They are the ones trying to convince me! And I have to say... I am very unconvinced...:suss: Something about that site makes me extremely nervous/anxious/uncomfortable. I can't stand it!

Yeah, Hoagland (the guy who runs the site) is a nutter. He comes up with all sorts of conspiracy theories about life on Mars, NASA cover-ups, etc... Then he tries to have conferences in order to pump money out of people. He's a real pseudo-scientist that thrives on this current wave of all things anti-science. He claims to have discovered "hyper-dimensional physics" (whatever that is) and that the formulation of electromagnetic theory by Maxwell removes some kind of "hidden component" that physicists want to keep secret because it can be used as a free-energy pump. The guy is insane.

I suppose the site reflects his scattered, idiot mind. Kinda like TimeCube[^] I guess. These people....they're just so...so...so stupid! I'm...at a loss for words... :sigh: I vaguely know a kid who genuinely believes that sometime in the past some guy built a perpetual motion machine. One that worked. I can't even be bothered arguing with him any more - I inevitably break down under his sheer weight of idiocy and feel like crying.

TimeCube - egads! Never-mind the fact that we have pictures of Earth from space and it's round...

Oh, I don't know, I think it has many redeeming qualities: "Educated cubeless stupid, you think stupid. Why worship a dumb 1 day god when I demonstrate 4 simultaneous 24 hour days within a single 24 hour rotation of Earth? Linear, singularity and trinity equate to evil math within Nature's Cubic Creation?" Priceless!
"There's not a man in America who at one time or another hasn't had a secret desire to boot a child in the ass." - W. C. Fields -1 x -1 = +1 is Evil math, as +1 and -1 are antipodes equating a zero existence.

It's just a figure of speech. I'm quite convinced that you WOULD believe it.

http://dreamslittle.blogspot.com/2008/01/lady-figure-in-mars-is-rock.html[^] 99.99 % I believe it was a carbon cloud( I reserved .01% for unknown truth). But it is so funny to imagine that there is a civilization in mars and they will come to meet us. It will give us new chances like find a new bf/gf from mars or start real estate business there etc.

Although one thing I (especially) don't understand - "1-corner thought dictates that Time is Linear. 4-corner thought dictates it to be Cubic." Did Gene Ray actually bother to check how many corners a cube actually has? Last I checked, a cube doesn't have 4 of anything.
