URL Rewriting problem. i need help

hello friends. i must do a thing about url rewrite. i must make show my web site url like www.mysitename.com/abc. u can see this for example site www.blankcliks.com. if you will enter that web site, you will see the url like www.blankclicks.com/www.facebook.com or www.blankclicks.com/www.google.co.uk. if you have any idea, you would write; i will be happy. thank you. (bytheway, i m sorry for my bad english)
