How to remove a incomplete article [modified]

I tried to upload an article using Article Submission Wizard but i found it some what less understaing then mannually uploading ,canany one say how to remove this incompete Article.

I am wondering how to do this as well. Using the CodeProject help, it states that there is a link in the "My Articles" section that allows you to perform such actions, however, I do not see it.
