A Little English Difficulty

I have a small concern with reference to this page (http://www.codeproject.com/script/articles/Unedited.aspx[^]) and particularly this part of the sentence:
No The Code Project editor has edited or checked the article ...
I think 'The Code Project' should have an EM HTML tag since otherwise, it might look like a broken sentence since NO and THE consecutively is bit odd. Or is the sentence flow fine?Vasudevan Deepak Kumar Personal Homepage

Good catch VDK. The context refers to the site hence an EM Html tag would be apposite.
