displaying images from a bannerfarm

Hi all, Is there a way that I can dynamically determine all the images in a bannerfarm and then display them as thumbnail images. so if some of the image are removed or added on the bannerfarm it will update on the site and only display what is in the bannerfarm. I'm trying to keep the site independent from the bannerfarm. If someone can just nudge me in the right direction, this is the first time that I'm working with bannerfarms so I'm not exactly sure how to approach this. thanks in advance
