    hi I am using a File Upload Component to upload files to the site. The problem is that it doesn't alllow me to upload any media (sound or video). Do you have any suggestions what alternative controls to use and from where to get them please? Thanks

      The standard file upload control is the only way to upload files, all fancy controls use the same functionality. You can upload any file type you like. Your control may offer config options to block some types, but the standard control uploads anything.

        Have you checked that the media files are not too big, that could be why they are not uploading

          If the files are too big add this in web.config file <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="100000" executionTimeout="9000"/>
