I am developing an windows application where i am using CODE check digit calculation i need to calculate check digit so how can i do that check digit calaculation.

There are many different ways of doing this. The only one I've ever used is the one used for mobile(cell) phones for the last IMEI digit. That one's called the Luhn Algorithm[^]. It's pretty simple to implement - I've done it in jscript, C# and VB.
