hi... recently i also worked on crystal reports.... crystal report is directly having the button print.. if u click that button obviously u`ll get the print i think u know very well. the 2nd way is u can store the report in word or excel..and after that u can print that saved document. when u click the print button on the crystal report, it will ask to select the printer. At that time u can select word or excel or any other format... i think my reply will help you.... All the best... ;)
