Or lets go google caching and find the abuse comments we all made to Henize, oh you and oakman seem to have forgotten, again hypocrite, ok the last post now. I suggest you grow up and get a job you're spending for too much time on CP and contributing absolutly FA.

As Tim said, don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out.

No problemo. You will never find a post of mine where I have claimed that I was anything but confrontational and/or patronizing when I posted to Heinze. I disliked his effect on SB intensely, and I am glad his behavior got to the point where Chris called out the big guns. You on the other hand seem to want to atttack any- and every-one for any reason -- real or imagined -- using language nasty enough to get you reported, and then demand S.B. be shut down because of the inflamatory posts in there.

You've lobbied for both the banning of Josh and the elimination of the Soapbox
What I find comedic is that he wanted Soapbox closed down, because of nasty personal attack posts like the ones he made to Heinze. . . .Unless of course, he's deleted them, too. Something else he's deleted is the link to his company's website in his profile. Wonder why?

Maturity is a difficult concept for you, isn't it?
I suspect that it isn't difficult for him at all. As soon as he gets us both banned and SB closed down, he'll start working on it.

What happened to Josh anyways? I was away for quite a few days... Anyhoo, I think someone who sets themselves a goal to have people banned and forums closed down is immature. The responsible thing to do is to report offending posts to the relevent place and try to handle things in a mature fashion. For those posts that annoy to the point of name-calling the best thing to do is to ignore them and move on. The self-policing policy can work slowly, but it's usually the best solution. Chris can't be everywhere at once and the majority of members here dislike nonsense behaviour. Norm, however, seems to like throwing stones from glass houses.

He figured out that if he used big and little html tags around "leckey" the filter used to catch duplicates wouldn't wake up. He then posted with her username and some of his usual vileness not only here but in the Lounge and Suggestions. That pissed Chris off and he said he was contacting his lawyers. I think there are cases where a "user" is attacking the entire concept of a communities forum. He doesn't want to participate, only to destroy. In cases like that, I think a webmaster has a right, or even a duty, to protect his property. But that's not the same thing as one user demanding the webmaster ban another.

You bet your bippee - but I doubt it'll cost more'n $100 Cdn for a lawyer's letter and I imagine that will be all it takes. It's not as if a fry cook's pay is enough to hire a laweyr in return.

Yeah, the only fun was figuring out how many times it took you to the same place but I quickly tired of that and decided lunch was going to be a better option.

You have to ask yourself - Should Normski spend more time fixing the problems on his website and less time trying to advise Chris on how this one should be run?

The lounge is laughable, say anything that remotely offends the favorite members like Christian Graus, leckey, or Pete O'Hanlon and instantly get attacked and one voted, but attacks on people like "The Developer" are applauded and 5 voted. Most of the people who frequent the lounge seem like brown nosers.
