Hi, I have a Intel Core 2 Duo Machine that keeps on resetting at irregular intervals. I have reloaded the OS but to no avail. Then I loaded the Intel Hardware Monitor and see that I may have two problems: 1. The CPU is a bit Hot (57 Deg Celcius - according to the Monitor this is yellow alert) 2. CPU I/O Voltage is a bit Low at 1.26V (Should Be 1.5V) It Would seem that I need to replace one or more fans in my box and also replace my Power Supply (500W). Is my deductions corrent and is there maybe anything else that I should look at?

Sounds good to me. Although I think its more likely to be the overheating thats causing your problems. I would replace the fans first, and if that doesn't help then go ahead and replace the power supply.

Trinity: Neo... nobody has ever done this before. Neo: That's why it's going to work.

If you have a homebuilt/small shop built box you might have an option to adjust the voltage in the BIOS. If only one voltage is off significantly it's your mobo's power modules that're bad not the PSU. The PSU only provides +3.3v, +/-5, and +/-12V to the board. The various lower voltages that the chips require are produced by the the mobo itself using DC-DC convertors.

First you should check you power supply. I recently had a similar case with some weird values at voltages.
