    If Serail is in the dictionary (and it should be because it's a valid word), then a spell checker wouldn't find this. You would need to detect the context of the word and decide if this is appropriate.

          No smart spell checker can do this wonder - unless you are talking about an linguistic AI algorithm, which I don't think is a feasible project. Why? Because the dinosaurs in the specified field like Akruti, CDAC, IIT, etc., who have been researching on this for decades have failed to accomplish it. Trust me, AI on Linguistics is not at all easy. I started my career with that.

                              Nah, can't go there with ya. I've spent my career specializing in doing just that. What gets me is how often managers ask people to do that...when almost no one can. Of course, the strength of the ability to do so is in inverse proportion to your ability to properly behave within the box :cool:
