how to open database tables into excel or pdf [modified] using Sql Server 2005

Hi all, I maintained my database into back up(ex:name.bak),that back up database i do want to read in excel or xml or pdf any format .Is it possible ,if yes what is the steps for it plz help with a quick valuable response.
