You're logic, though correct, faces a dilema of temporal nature. It takes 9 months to make a baby. Give me a tank, 20,000 lbs of semtex and immunity from prosecution and I'll get the job done much sooner.

The last chapter of Debt of Honor actually. Executive Decisions continues immediately afterwards with Jack Ryan struggling to pick up the pieces while a 3rd party makes even more trouble at home to try and keep us from being able to respond to their war of conquest.

In fact I've had another brainfartstorm! We could move all the resulting debris to Galveston, TX and build an even bigger sea wall. Now why doesn't anyone else think like that?

what lies at the root of the economic crisis is the burst housing bubble. there is simply more houses than there are people. a simple supply and demand problem. so, what you need to do is make more people. the slogan "make love not war" makes a lot of sense in these troubled times :-\ P.S. and please don't forget to vote for the hockey mom :-D

Wait a minute. If the government gets there hands on all of those houses, they could give them out to homeless people and the glut will be gone. Problem solved. :)

Then there will be a shortage of homeless people. What would all the social agencies do? We'd have to bail them out.

So you are saying that, while the government is screwing us, we should be screwing each other?

The problem is, not enough people realize they are being screwed by the government :)
