Titel,minimise and maximise button

I am opening a .aspx page on button click event. can any one tell me how to hide the title,minimise and close button of the .aspx page. i want that the page looks like a popup window. thanks

The problem is that a user should be able to see these buttons. Its difficult to change the browser display to customize for a user.
