That Obama has achieved - even a fervent supporter could not.[^] I bet you can't either, please signify with a "1" vote if you can't. A "5" if you can.

Mike - typical white guy. The USA does have universal healthcare, but you have to pay for it. D'oh. Thomas Mann - "Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil." The NYT - my leftist brochure. Calling an illegal alien an “undocumented immigrant” is like calling a drug dealer an “unlicensed pharmacist”. God doesn't believe in atheists, therefore they don't exist.

I just keep waiting for the Twilight Zone music to start and for Rod Sirling to appear on TV saying "For your consideration, a man named Obama, a man of no accomplishments, a man with no past, a man with no friends, the president of the united states..."

Chaining ourselves to the moral high ground does not make us good guys. Aside from making us easy targets, it merely makes us idiotic prisoners of our own self loathing.

I'm thinking we need to find the theme song for the Jimma Carter show, that great comedy from years ago, but I think Billy pissed all over it.

what this comes down to is not what obama has done but what people are afraid mcCain will do. almost always when this conversation comes up ( at least round these parts ;P ) obama's accomplishments are never discussed as much as people fears about mcCain/Palin. people are just plain afraid to elect mcCain. for whatever reason. just another election where the issues are never what people are voting based on. this is just my opinion, which is not to say that i would vote for one or the other. libertarian party FTW! :)

Well, thats just sad. More afraid of a war hero and a women with a perfectly traditional American background than of a man with a life long history of associations with radical leftist - to the extent that he has any history at all.

sorry. I wasted my vote once on a guy named Perot. like it or not we have a 2 party dominance and the nation will devolve before that is ever cured. A Barr vote is an Obama vote.

that is just how you see it. obviously a large portion of american people view the candidates with a different set of adjectives. Also, i am sick to death of your constant "leftist" and "rightist" partisan crap.

RULE 5: "Ridicule is man's most potent weapon." There is no defense. It's irrational. It's infuriating. It also works as a key pressure point to force the enemy into concessions. then "they" are too young to remember Jimma Carter or incapable of asking critical questions, but they're fucking morons none the less. I suspect you've swallowed whole the, "he'll bring us all together" bullshit. If so, check the spike in gun sales or look at the markets and ask yourself, "why?". I'd place a significant wager that the "why" is in anticipation of the Messiah's economic plans.

I suspect you've swallowed whole the, "he'll bring us all together" bullshit. If so, check the spike in gun sales or look at the markets and ask yourself, "why?". I'd place a significant wager that the "why" is in anticipation of the Messiah's economic plans.

well, I'll tell you what. if the messiah is elected, you'll be the one harmed. I'm close enough to retirement to in fact retire and have the pension, 401(k) money and pure cash to live quite well. You do not. I most probably will because I'll not pay taxes to support you and the fraud you'll have elected.

damn. that is a lot of assumptions.

I did. My answer has a lot to do Clinton and just about as much to do with Bush. I'd suggest that if the hedge fund managers are blaming the present on the future, that demonstrates a lack of the ability to ask critical questions, in and of itself, and hardly a reason to blame Obama.

That Obama has achieved - even a fervent supporter could not.[^] I bet you can't either, please signify with a "1" vote if you can't. A "5" if you can.
