While I agree on some of the basic beliefs of PETA (unnecessary lipstick in rabbits' eyes for example, but I think we need animal testing for new drugs...) I could not believe it when I recently read that PETA sent a letter to a South Dakota school to change their mascot name to SEA KITTENS. Seriously, who will take them seriously?
