Moodi, the guy behind Gujrat Massacre says that statement of Kasab is not an evidence to blame Pakistan for Mumbai attacks. From Zee News[^]: There is no law in our country that would consider the statement of an arrested person before a top-level police official as evidence The drama staged by Indians which already had lots of loop holes gets another strike to make it weaken further. Now if Pakistan does something even after Moodi's statement then the credit should go to lame Pakistani govt rather than to Indians.

if you had read the whole story and taken the pain to understand it, you would have understood the following; 1) Modi's only concern is that there is no such law now (it used to be there). 2) He is not questioning the evidence itself. 3) He wants such a law to be introduced on a national level. Infact there is such a law in the state that he governs.
