            actually this is the sort of job the US Army's having the most trouble filling. Combat arms have a long (last I heard about a year) waiting list, but filling the various support roles has been much harder.

                They come back. We don't leave them behind if we can possibly help it. One of the pilots I knew once said that he'd done as many dust offs for the dead as for the living.
