I don't get it...
Chaining ourselves to the moral high ground does not make us good guys. Aside from making us easy targets, it merely makes us idiotic prisoners of our own self loathing.

I honestly hope you are in good shape, for your age. But you have demonstrated that your mind is a supple as a dead tree branch and your arguments are those of a whiny old man, sucking on his gums and muttering about the good old days.

Yes, because, as everyone knows, uncritical agreement with the grand truths provided to you by your intellectual masters is the best indicator for having a supple mind. I really feel terrible that I've lost that ability.

That's certainly what you and Adnan keep telling us - when the two of you aren't simply telling everyone how much you both hate America.

Give it up, being compared to Adnan, or Illion, which seems to be the only actual point you are capable of making , is less insulting to me than would be getting compared to you.

I indeed hate what intellectual layabouts like you have turned it into.

Why did I think of that line from The Addams Family when they're sitting at dinner "Wednesday - play with your food dear."?

Don't worry, you are not even playing in the same league, let alone the same ballpark as I am. Your bat's too limp and your balls are too small. My basic point Stan, is that you are to Conservatism what Adnan is to Islam. Both of you have no idea what the philosophy you claim to espouse is really about, but it is a convenient hook on which you both hang your petty prejudices, childish whines, and pathetic selfishness.

I've never ever worked anywhere where there has not been someone who given the choice I would not work with again. It's a job, you do your work, put up with the people you don't like, accept there are probably people there that don't like you a lot, and look forward to the weekends. - Josh Gray.
