    See Here[^] I have seen bin lorries put normal and recycle rubbish in the same wagon! How's that work? You get fined if you don't get it right and now this. I always said it should be a case for local incinerators to develop power rather than sending it abroad.

      In SA we have some sort of initiative for industry to use waste for generating power that they can sell back to the government.

        The way it works here it the truck has two compartments, one for garbage and one for recycling. Green waste recycling is handled separately.
