There were two pictures, in the article, which one were you refering to? Sorry, I couldn't resist, both are funny. But article is right, its not in the legacy media outlets, as it was for the previous president when it happend to him.

there's a significant difference between a locked door ("previous president") and a window. Guess magic didn't see many windows when he was growing up.

Mike - typical white guy. The USA does have universal healthcare, but you have to pay for it. D'oh. Thomas Mann - "Tolerance becomes a crime when applied to evil." The NYT - my leftist brochure. Hussein's little faux pas will be ignored, of course, where W's were amplified with all available wattage that modern media can generate. Still, I intend to do my small part to correct for that...

Was that a door in "West Wing[^]" or 24[[^](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/24_ (TV_series) "New Window")]. Probably "West Wing" I doubt he knows who Jack Baur[^] is. -edit/explanation- In the West Wing I believe the set for that window he tried to walk through was a door (in west wing series). In 24, there was no exit. My point being that Obama was confused because he watched too many episodes of West Wing where Sheen strolls out the door onto the patio with his chief of staff, and forgot this is not a set or a tv show.

I keep waiting for the news "New York Times", "LA Times", "Chicago Tribune" declare bankruptcy. When that happens (unless they are bailed out) journalists may become journalists again.

No. Journalism is dead. The press has been completely taken over by a single minded political ideology. There is no coming back for them. For any practicql purpose, our society is completely controlled by a collectivist cabal. Education, the press, entertainment media... every traditional source of information available to the people is locked up by a very small number of like minded people.

What about the vast spaces of the internet, even now your post is being indexed by Google for others to search and read. As you know you can visit a variety of sites with varying opinions. The legacy media is dying. A new media is coming into fruition, uncontrolled, unregulated (except in Australia, well and China... ). --- "If you can't take a little bloody nose, maybe you oughtta go back home and crawl under your bed. It's not safe out here. It's wondrous, with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross; but it's not for the timid." -- Q (Q Who?) (maybe Q was talking about the new media :) )

It does actually look like a door. If he'd stood there for ten minutes trying to figure it out then maybe I'd agree with you. As it stands, however, you're putting WAY too much effort into finding things to complain about.

I agree completely. But that still does not represent responsible, professional journalism.

I suspect that it is considerably funnier on video than in a still picture for either President.

                                    That's impossible.

The door Bush tried to walk through looked like a door also. But tht didn't stop evil secular humanist leftist from using it to ridicule him. Quite making exuses for Obama. The man is clearly mentally retarded.

You're joking, right? Please? Neither Bush nor Obama are mentally retarded. Stop being a moron.

Too late to recant now. Bush was demonized for 8 years, and I'm going to do my part to ensure that Cool Hand Hussein gets precisely the same treatment.

Recant? I've never said nor implied that I think badly of George Bush. What you're doing is betraying how simplistic your thought process is.
