      I wasn't fired I quit because they thought they could flex their muscles to put me back inline. I ate my food and left. ;P

                This Monday, I will be going for second job interview of my life. I am not sure how will it go. More than that I am not sure if I should change a job now because of the market condition. I am having interview here[^]. Anyone has heard of it? Any tips?

                There are a number of things to think about: 1. You don't have to take the job if it is offered so at the lest it can be a chance to havea look around. 2. How long have you been in your current job. If I interview someone who has been in their job for less than a year I want to be sure they have a good reason for leaving. 3. Are there skills and/or technologies you want to learn at this place? 4. "The devil you know" - I assume you know the good and bad points of the place you are at now, take time to lok at the good and bad points of any new place. As you go around watch people and see if they seem happy. 5. Are there opportunities to develop more where you are now that you haven't taken? Have you talked to your manager about this?                   I have spent three years. I am 23 now. I need to see the real world. This is the time to grow. After few years, there will be a family of mine to care of and hence the boundations.

                  I have not heard of the new place. I dont believe in their website. Reason: Noone will ever say I suck. Hence I thought anyone out here might have heard of it.

                  No. I have not had a word with my manager yet. It is going to be a surprise if I leave. The problem is. if I declare I want to get rid of my new job, and I am unable to, then my career here sucks.

                    What I meant by the first point is that if you have a successful interview and are offered the job you can still choose whether or not to take it. At a minimum you get to meet other people and gets some ideas about this firm. As for the last point, have you spoken to your manager about wanting to develop in your current role? There isn't any needd to talk about leaving.

                      I am working for CitiBank North America(client). Is there a need to say how messed up they are? There almost no hope to get a good work to do.

                          Looks like you are interviewing with a job-shop, you are not interviewing with the 'real client'. All they want to know is * Are you warmer than room temperature? * Do you drool? * Do you pick your nose? * Do you speak a reasonable facsimile of English? * Do you know how to dress yourself? Now the interview with the client is a totally different matter.
