Yeah, I considered taking it out, but thought that would be a bit too obscure for people to get the joke (even though I used the joke icon).

Fooled me, but I have an excuse: I signed on last night to a message in the "Another Option" in the lounge to discover that our little gremlin had started to delete messages in that thread, too, although Ilion, as usual, was spared. I notified Chris who was able to turn all those messages on again, as of this morning. I was about to let him know that the jackass had struck again and at you (without looking :-O ). Anyway, your joke was really cruel and heartless. I admire that in a man.

Not at all. Life is great. I'm working on a project I enjoy and which will make me lots of money; I've got good friends; I don't live in Indiana or work at Walmart; it didn't snow here after all; and it looks like my daffodils made it through the night; everyone in my family is healthy; and I have the respect of a lot of people whose opinion I value. Even here at CP, I am a member in good standing who has decent relationship with the owner - someone else whose opinion I think important - and a good cyber-acquaintance with a number of the members of the community here. I hope you can say the same? :)

It is good to have things in common. It makes it easier to forgive you for Grausteroids.

ROTFL !!! Is that the 2D DirectX game I posted, or is that what I called my SVG version ? I was obsessed with Asteroids games for a bit.

It's not the game that you need forgiveness for - it's the name! X| I remember you discussing learning Direct X, so it must have been the 2D version

The name was the best bit.... The SVG version was super cool tho, I thought. All done in javascript and manipulating SVG with the DOM.
