how to perform key based randomn permutation on text data. i want the source code for this problem.

Hey come on now. Just because he's obviously LAZY, has ZERO knowledge of any programming language, much less C#, would rather the world solve his problems and he take the credit, probably can't wipe his own ass but mommy can and IGNORANT is a compliment doesn't mean you have to be rude to him! 8-)
