Only 12 months and So many groups [modified]

I work in a government building each month a poster is in the lobby about "what month it is". Last month was african american[^] month, this month is woman american month [^](your suppose to wear red[not sure why]), I’m not sure what next month is, I’m tired of reading govi posters coming into the govi buildings about what social "disadvantaged" group is group of the month. (I hate entering any USA government buildings, really). I think April should be dumb American month.

I worked for a government contractor for 11 months. It was enough to last me a lifetime. I hadn't even finished my bachelor's degree at the time but I was made supervisor of a guy with a master's degree who was a total screw-up. If you look in the dictionary for the word bureaucrat, you'll probably see a picture of him. I fired him as soon as I could. The day he left he told me he'd gotten a new job with the postal service at a GS-13 rating. I hope they were happy with him, because once they hired him, they pretty much couldn't fire him.
