Well it's spring break on the east coast of the USA. I have kids out of school for a week, my wife wants me to take a few days off and plan an "outing" which I'm in the process of doing. So I have to ask, what are others planning? If you are from another country, what do you do if you have a spring break? Where do you go? What do you do when your kids are out of school?

Well I've only ever seen the cover when inadvertently wondering into the adult section of the dvd store.

I guess that's your generation's version of I buy Playboy to read the articles?

I am enjoying the lack of traffic on the road .. makes me wonder, just how many cars are driving kids back and forth to school instead of lettng them ride the bus. The difference in traffic here is dramtic.

I've got some IT coursework to do. Shortly followed by Statistics, Geography and Business Studies. Repetitive drudgery of the highest order

Not in the way you think. I wanted to learn more about physical geography. Instead I'm stuck learning about a greying population, globalisation and how immigration is always good. I'm being taught three separate modules spread across multiple locations. It's been the best part of a year and there's been no fieldwork at all, despite it being promised to have happened roughly three weeks ago. Some teachers seem to think that underlining photocopied pages of a book is an acceptable substitute for having a teacher present who knows their subject inside out. Global warming has been shown in a rather one-sided way so as to portray every objector as a loony. The film 'An Inconvenient Truth' was taught as doctrine about a year ago So no, not so wonderful. And don't even get me started on Applied ICT - I'd end up posting identifying information
