This user has been flooding the article system for weeks with utter rubbish. Can he be blocked from submitting articles so that articles with a milligram of potential at least show up on the homepage review list.
Yeah, he's crap. I came here to complain about the same thing.

This user has been flooding the article system for weeks with utter rubbish. Can he be blocked from submitting articles so that articles with a milligram of potential at least show up on the homepage review list.
I downloaded once one of the article attachement (just out of curiosity) and it seemed that the guy was trying to use CP to host his files. There was a lot of different things in the zip file: pdf files, word files, misc files, ...

I downloaded once one of the article attachement (just out of curiosity) and it seemed that the guy was trying to use CP to host his files. There was a lot of different things in the zip file: pdf files, word files, misc files, ...
