I think there is always a problem of standardization of browsers. You need to take care of each designing issues when you build your application individually.

only the designing issues are responsible for browser compatiblity or is there any requirement for to configure in the web.config file?

All browsers support basic HTML to some degree or not. vanilla web application with no javascript or specific technology will work with all browsers, albeit, there may be some differences. If your application is only working on IE, then you have Microsoft Specific Technology/technique that is not supported by other browsers.

Yusuf Oh didn't you notice, analogous to square roots, they recently introduced rectangular, circular, and diamond roots to determine the size of the corresponding shapes when given the area. Luc Pattyn[^]
