I think sometime we are all into bad modes. Usually things do not take place as we expected. And when harm and failure are involved. Then the feeling gets even worse and the world seems not the same world that we are familiar when in normal. So how to cheer up and come back to normal? I want some advices. Thanks. this is my signature for forums quoted from shog*9: I can't help but feel, somewhere deep within that withered, bitter, scheming person, there is a small child, frightened, looking a way out.

For me, go out to a club with some friends and bounce round the dance floor like an idiot. Everyone agrees that I am good at this   Elaine (spring loaded fluffy tigress) Would you like to meet my teddy bear ?

        1. Go for a run.
        2. Go to a movie.
        3. Go read a book.
        4. Go to a museum.
        5. Go for a drive.
        6. Go help someone who feels worse.
        7. Go ...

The key word is go. Gary R. Wheeler

Good choice! One of my favorites is to whomp the daylights out of someone new in the pub at darts! That always cheers me up, though sometimes at the expense of someone else's ego:-)

If you can, take a bit of time to stop, and reflect. Pray, study, talk to yourself, do *something* that will force you to be honest about what your current status is, and why you're feeling low. Plan to do something, something small, that you can get done in one go, preferably something involving physical labor. Then, go do it. If you're too upset to think, go run first or something to clear your mind. If you're too tired to work, drink some coffee. But be sure you do both. And avoid self-mutilation; as appealing as it seems, it really doesn't help much.
