    whatever file i download from the article section of vb they don't run i double click on the vbproj file and it says this file was not made for vs or something like that and in the title bar of opened window it shows vs2005 but i am using vs2008

      If you are running VS 2008 are you ensuring that the projects you download are also VS 2008 compatible?
