It's like some sort of weird joke: The fatter wog said to the skinnier wog "Oi bro, you slept wif mah cuzzin', eh?" "Nah man, I didn't fer shit, eh." "I will call up mah fully sick boyz!" And then he pulls out a gun and just went "chick chick...BOOM!" :laugh:

I don't know about ROTC programs, but Australian schools have had "cadets" programs, complete with weapons training, since my childhood. My school had a rifle range behind the sports field.
