Windows Installer - Preparing to Install?

Previously everything was working just fine but today when I opened Visual Web Developer and then opened the Web Form in design view it gives me this ever lasting dialog box "Windows Installer - Preparing to Install". Please Help!

This error might be occured if you install a program but the installation failed.Or, maybe you have problems trying to remove an old program because the installation files are corrupted. Uninstall the visual developer and re-install again. Or you can use Windows Windows Installer CleanUp Utility[^] to resolve installation problems for programs that use Microsoft Windows Installer.
