A somewhat old incident, but a good cautionary tale about where 'ethics' (in contrast to 'moality') and socialism will take a society. BBC: Patient loses right-to-food case[^]

Socialism? The GMC, the BMA, the Courts: where does socialism enter into this?

Everywhere! The Queen is a socialist!

Oh? Have you decided to give Oakman a run for the money on the issue of obfuscation and "misunderstanding" what you wish to denigrate?

I can understand what could be meant by "where ethics (in contrast to morality) ... will take a society". I fail to see what part socialism plays in the GMC's Guideline, the BMA's Medical Ethics policy statement, and the court's ruling.

Obfuscation? Where? If I have misunderstood, please clarify. What is there about this story, or your post, to denigrate?
