Thirdly, your employer will fire you or your employer will terminate your contract if your obligations rest on one point. Either way, you fail. I'd suggest checking out rentacoder.com, it is a website where you can pay to have work done. You won't find your answer anywhere else unless you code your own logic or pay for it.

Don't bother, this guy is walking into failure. His project / goals won't be accomplished with his attitude. He may get a line of code, but the overall project is destined for failure under his guidance.

Try looking at the documentation for the generic list constructor. If you can't figure it out from there you may have a PEBKAC error.
