Isn't it amusing how children (and fools) always clamor for an adult's attention? In a way, they're like cats: the more you ignore them, the more determined they become to be noticed.
Isn't it funny when you don't like it that people do to you, what you do to them ? Who was that guy who didn't like hypocrites ? Starts with a J, I think. I know you don't like Him much, but His views are widely respected, so I'm throwing it out there.
