Call a Web Application into another web application

I need to call a web application in another web application.How can i call the project into another project.

What do you mean by "call"? If two web applications need to share code, your best bet is to create a solution with two web application projects and one class library project. The class library can easily be shared by both web applications, just add a reference to the class library project from the web application project.

I didn't get any requirements for the signature
